Audio Not Working
If you're having audio problems, the following are the likely issues:
Mute Switch
The mute/ringer-off switch is on the left side of iPhone near the top. If the red dot is showing, the sound is muted. Push switch forward to un-mute.
Audio Volume Level
To adjust the audio volume during any quiz, double tap the speaker icon and the volume control will appear in the center of the screen.
Move the slider to the right to increase the volume and then tap "Done".
If there's still no audio, try deleting the app and re-installing it from the desktop iTunes.
